Oscar Navarro has confirmed his attendance as guest conductor for the Symphonic Band Anniversary of the ” Network of Schools of Medellín (Colombia)”. During the week of 6 to December 12, Navarro will be responsible for the preparation of his symphonic poem “Noah´s Ark “.It will be performed in the gala concert held at the “Teatro Metropolitano de Medellín” together with the presence of Dutch director Frank Devuyst.
